Our Coaches

Jess Hutchinson Wiley

As a former Division 1 college athlete, fitness and nutrition have long been at the forefront of Jess' life with a formidable passion for health and wellness.  Jess worked in medical sales for nearly 15 years where she really began to see the interlaced relationship between nutrition and health and saw firsthand how food can be used as a means to overcome sickness, ailments, and disease.  From that experience, her passion grew and she earned her nutrition coaching certification and eventually her Master's degree in Nutrition and Human Performance so that she could help others along their wellness journey.  Jess has considerable experience working with clients with chronic diseases and finds particular pride in helping people learn to eat and care for their bodies in sustainable ways that can improve or even reverse some diagnoses.  She also enjoys working with clients who want to have a better relationship with food and want to learn how to use better nutrition to fuel their lives in positive ways.  When Jess isn't coaching clients, she can often be found leading lectures and seminars on various nutrition and wellness topics.

“All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision. But as that decision is repeated, a habit sprouts and grows stronger. Roots entrench themselves and branches grow. The task of breaking a bad habit is like uprooting a powerful oak within us. And the task of building a good habit is like cultivating a delicate flower one day at a time.” -James Clear
